I hate those people slightly less than I hate the people who didn't bother to vote at all, though.

That show owed Jane Lynch so much. There were long stretches where she was literally the only watchable thing about it. Eventually they managed to ruin even Sue, because Ryan Murphy's ability to fuck up a good idea knows no bounds, but Jane Lynch is the best.

Ryan Chappelle, from 24. He was the smug, smarmy, callous personification of "executive meddling," and he seemed to exist only to get in the way of the heroes who totally knew better and should have been given free rein, and yet—under literally any other circumstances except the ridiculous and unforeseeable ones that

Nah, Buzz will show up in a few minutes and say something unrelated and largely incomprehensible just like he always does.

For some reason I thought none of them were actually named Lukas Graham, so that does make the situation marginally better. I legit thought Dawes was just a guy named Dawes, though. Keane is an offender in the same vein, but I always knew they were a band, so I give them a pass.

I have this irrational hatred of bands that involve more people than the name implies. Dawes and Lukas Graham are on my shitlist forever, the deceitful bastards-plural.

Really? Well, even if it doesn't make sense, I'm glad there's still the potential for quarians. I love them.

I always seem to like the things everyone hates about Bioware games, and vice-versa. Honestly, up until the very ending, I loved ME3. The second one was better, yes, but I feel like all the good parts of the third one get overshadowed by the shitty ending to the point where people forget that there were any.

Not white enough. Only Benedict Cumberbatch will do.

Halleloo!

Well, I downloaded the free trial to see if the animations were really as bad as all that, and immediately saved myself sixty bucks upon discovering that it doesn't have a quicksave.

I'm about 2/3 of the way through the Avernum 2 remake, and yeah, it's…a lot. But a good lot.

I wish Awakening Anders sounded even slightly distinguishable from Cullen. Just a little. I love the VA, but…come on, a different accent or something.

If I can mod Andromeda to the point where almost no trace of the original game remains, like I did with Skyrim, I am all in favor.

Rocky!

I'm starting to feel better about not really having the budget for Andromeda right now.

I've heard that a lot of Andromeda is comparable to Dragon Age: Inquisition (the "emotional tone" dialogue choices, the collection/crafting system, possibly the way combat works, etc.) That's a huge selling point for me, because I liked all those things about DA: I even if a lot of people didn't, but I'm still not

"You're a bum, you're a punk, you're an old slut on junk. Sad!"

I imagine race might be a not-insignificant factor there.

Season 9 wasn't the worst thing ever aired on television or anything, but its existence is still unforgivable to me because it ruined the sublime perfection that was the season 8 finale. That was the best imaginable note for a series I loved to end on, and then season 9 just stepped on it. Ugh.
