maybe he'll become a folk singer
he should skip the cape, though.

i liked the movie well enough the first time, but, outside of sloth, i found it forgettable as well. i certainly never understood why, when spending the night at a friend's house, people would want to watch it multiple times, especially when there was a nintendo in the house.
were they touring with a dj? i remember an article from around that time period where a dj who was smoking a joint "the size of a baby's arm" was sharing the stage with them. maybe that was the problem.
refried ectoplasm was the second cd i ever purchased and one of my favorite records, period. i've found everything since dots and loops to be somewhat hit-or-miss, but "bad" for them is still pretty good.
the zombie pet games are real easy- you just stay away from the pet no matter what.
weird, iddqd- i just downloaded the doom games to replay a few days ago.
well, somebody put a date on the strip and veteran's day is *always* 11/11. no excuses, really.
i love prince valiant and all the "serious" comic strips. fuck the haters. also, breathed is mostly correct, so long as he includes opus (the strip, not the character) in the list of abominations.
late to the party, glad to see someone made that joke.
speaking of firsts, i saw them at their first "real" us show in dc. i remember it as being pretty great, but apparently they band thought they sounded horrible.
fist of the north star:
ken's really smooth crotch
@violet crumbles- the wayne's world book, which was all in wayne's voice as far as i can remember, was the first thing that came to my mind. it was also much more entertaining than either of the movies.
really? temple with grenade launchers was my crew's favorite.
@janet- fair enough. this is one of those inventories of questionable merit.
thank you, molly man. whovian, does that mean he was also out-of-context in be kind rewind, the italian job, ghost ship, etc?
i'm gonna be that guy
who points how thoroughly people are missing the point. there are too many comments to single out, but i think some the authors didn't get it, either. i mean, yeah, dolly parton was originally known for music, but how many movies and tv shows does she need to appear in before she's also…
i love ancelotti's consistently dour facial expression.
hideously useless' comment fails to live up to his/her handle.
a rapper rapping on a rap song…. out-of-context? i understand that lns was a different group, but i would hardly say it fits the theme (especially if you consider how close those groups were).
oh, yeah, the exiles is wonderful, too- i love how dickens is so bitter.
