Agreed (yay we all agree with each other, a rare moment in Internet History), but I thought about the box being Danny's record at first, and then realized it must have been the cases on record for that particular month, September? 1983. And then Danny's case was the final one put in the box, under the battery, fraud,

I agree with the reply above, Sarah's death is bigger real issue here. Danny uses that instance of his father beating him as a particular point in time where his family looked the other way and let his father get away with hurting him. With the tapes now he has even more reason to resent them for doing this, in his

Hmm, yeah bro for sure. Mine would have to be "Fight Club" and "The Third Man." The latter still had a great Welles performance and it's written by Graham Greene. And in "Fight Club" they make soap out of liposuction fat. Cinematic masterpieces. Where's the beer pong cups?

My favorite thing about Kurosawa is his relationship with American cinema. I am almost positive that was influenced by Hollywood westerns to create "Yojimbo," which then influenced Sergio Leone's "Man With No Name" trilogy. And then later on when he could have failed in Japan, goodwill from Hollywood allowed him to

Step 1. Buy rights to Star Wars
Step 2. Profit, no matter how shitty the movies are.

They do appear to be inept to the point of disbelief, almost like caricatures of cops. Lenny Potts was supposed to be Mr. Badass for taking them shooting, but the most badass thing he's done is give Danny the tape after stealing them all from the evidence room. I don't know if that's even considered stealing, or how

He and Danny laughing about how Robert would have killed John if he heard that was pitch-black humor.

I had no idea this show was even a thing until I saw someone in the AV-cultural-weekend-Q/A-whatever-the-fuck say that they couldn't wait to start Bloodline. And they compared it to True Detective and I thought "wtf is Bloodline and if it's on Netflix how have I not seen it?"
I mean I was out-of-town for the weekend

Yeah, I didn't know what exactly to expect, but definitely didn't consider Boyd ever confessing to that, especially when he knows Ava is still working as Raylan's CI in some capacity. I had no clue what was going to happen because I couldn't see Ava going back to prison just like that, the same way she couldn't.

Stevie having a son named Kenny Jr. is so great.

I really liked "Dr. Narcisse's Patented Hired Clappers™, Good For Garnering Applause for Any Peformance!" They were fun.

He's gonna try for the kingdom if he can.

It's weird, because Boardwalk had some great moments and scenes in Seasons 1 and 2, I especially remember when Jimmy had the girl sneak the guns in through the coat check girl, that was very cool, but a lot of not so good stuff. And Richard Harrow. But it really never was a great show.

I am going to go ahead and say Ridley's coming out on the winning side with this one on the sole fact that A.A. Dowd gave it a B. A fucking B! This must be the greatest movie ever made! About people getting shot and killed and their heads blown off, at least.

SPOILERS FROM THE COMICS

"Why are you taking me on the set of City of God?"
Holy shit, what a reference for this show.

"Actually, there is one thing I'd like you to do. Kill that Irish fuck."
Awesome.

It looks like they might have finally found a "showrunner" who can work alongside Robert Kirkman and write plausible overarching characters, plots, and themes. I'm optimistic enough to believe this season will prove to be the best of all once we've seen the entire thing run its course. Yes, I'm crazy, but what the

Holy shit man. Jesse fucking killed Todd. That is all that matters. I guess Walt somewhat redeemed himself too, how bout that.
