The title of the episode is "The Quality of Mercy", which is a line lifted directly from Merchant of Venice. It's a pretty tough sell to say the play is "entirely unrelated" to this episode.

Why would Bob be in love with Pete if he had a boyfriend? I think he and Manolo are just friends, which would make sense. It would be hard as a gay man in1968 to find any other gay men to befriend.

Maybe any scenes at all would be spoilery. Maybe they're all in Hawaii, or Down Under with Mrs. Garret.

A) She lost weight.
B) She "beat" Megan by sleeping with Don.
C) She "beat" Don by becoming Sally's preferred parent.
We also haven't spent a lot of time with her this season, and it's possible we've just caught her on a good run. It happens to even horrible people. I don't think it will last.

I just realized, didn't Gleason die several months ago, presumably before Rosemary's Baby came out?

I agree with your reading on the Bob/Pete stuff. Clearly no "mercy" was part of Pete's decision.
I can't say I agree with the idea that Ted and Peggy's flirtation was something that needed to be addressed or called out by Don of all people. People in the workplace flirt. Other people notice. None of it is Don's

Don and Joan have no baggage or complications to their relationship. They're just friends. However, I wouldn't consider that a greater "kinship". The less emotionally attached you are to someone, the easier it is to get along.

If true, you should explain why. Otherwise, a post like this just makes you seem like a troll.

Probably, but it just would've been a thrill seeing Timberlake slumming it with the other guys and all decked out in 90's costumes.

Funniest line reading in the whole movie.

I heard that, but all their friends died, and they didn't seem to give a damn. I could see this "James Franco" not really giving a shit that his brother died.

How much more awesome would it have been if it were N Sync, including Timberlake?

All the carnage and death and extreme violence in this movie was played for laughs. Obviously Jonah Hill's rape was as well, particularly since he had revealed himself to be a villain.

Thanks for the info. Too bad she left. It would've been great if she had killed Danny McBride at the end.

I absolutely hate the idea of taking this movie seriously enough to argue the point, but you're absolutely right. McBride was pure evil, wonderfully so. I also loved that Franco was clearly in love with Seth Rogen.

Kevin Hart was really funny. I wish he had been one of the survivors.

I haven't seen any atheists getting upset at this movie. It's a movie about the apocalypse. Of course it precludes that God exists. I like True Blood, too, even though I know vampires don't exist.

The Channing Tatum cameo was fantastic. The dude had two lines and they were both gold.

When you cut out all the positive lines in the review, it certainly sounds horrible.

"Can't you basically like things exactly as much as I like them?"
