agreed on both GG and Bunheads. Quirky townspeople and events are great background but main action needs to ground in something a bit for substantial and real otherwise I don't feel connected to the story.

Man, the Kathryn/Bay conversation at the end really got me! I don't think I've cried since Parenthood…Vanessa Marano does some great work. She has such an expressive face. I could have lived without the Toby marriage plot but the rest was great.
I enjoyed the Walt/Donna story - the rest was kind of meh for me. The stuff with Mouse was over the top and too cartoony. Didn't miss Maggie one bit. Even the Carrie parts were pretty boring this episode. She's definitely at her most interesting with Larissa in NYC. Hopefully we can see more of that (as she grows…
