Max's "breakdown" felt more like a "breakthrough" to me, an opportunity to shine a light on his real needs. I hate that
kid for peeing in his canteen, but agree with others here who say that Max needs to embrace his differentness, which means he needs help with awareness, rather than denial.

I watched the episode late and came in at 148 comments. Appreciated the review and all comments, though I think too much was made of the Amber/Drew chemistry. It seemed fairly innocent to me and I generally find them believable as sibs.

I read something about Caviezel wanting lighter duty.

Oh. Still, for all the trouble he caused, I was surprised at Boyd's mercy.

It HAD to be said.

Hahahaha!

Zoe is gorgeous! When do we see her again?

"Dog of Interest…"
Woof!

Are we to believe the perv guard's story? At the time, we were sure he was hired by someone to frame Ava, so she'd get sent up to a tougher prison.

I'm with you in missing "funny Art." He's one of my favorite Justified characters, and this season has been awfully dry without his good humor.

…and take Kendall with her.

I agree with you that Ava is awesome. I hate to see her brought so low. But I do not believe she will die in prison. Ava's tough. She is rising to the top of the foodchain.

The writers are so "on it" with Raylan's script that nearly every line he utters is quotable. My personal favorite: "That's a handsome attache. What is that, alligator?"

Jeez, buncha redneck attitude up in here.

LK, the Crowes would go after Allison because she is significant to Raylan, whom they hold responsible for the death of Danny.

Where's that downvote when you need one?

Raylan is beyond our sympathies this season, in large part because we don't get to see him through Art's good humor. Part of Raylan's redemption has to be getting back in Art's good graces somehow. Art is the good father Raylan never had. By the way things are going, Art's forgiveness may come to pass post-retirement.

It's a cruel cycle: Inbred Crowes getting themselves killed off in dumb ways. High attrition rate for them and their dumb dogs.

Gardener, huh? What's planted under that rose tree?

This is a coming of age story for Kendal. He will stand with his mother AND the pretty, blond social worker against Daryl, even though Allison turned him over.
