Don't misunderstand, I'm not a Lila fan.  She was easily the worst aspect of season 2 (which is otherwise my favorite season).  I'm just trying to offer a version of the show that vaguely resembles the one we got, only rearranged and truncated.  If we're venturing into the realm of pure fan fic, then sure, Lila

Not sure how that will work out though.  They can't possibly be willing to let a DEA agent walk away after they shoot down his partner, regardless of what Walt promises them.  Jesse maybe, Hank no.

I just want to take a moment to yet again enjoy the character names Christian Grey and Anastasia Steele.  I admire the author's restraint in not naming them Wolf Hardbody and Lady Assington.

Here's how things should have gone:

Shut up, spoiler nerd

Liked because I assume you're being sarcastic.

Nope, Walt called an individual (Jesse) who agreed to let the call be taped (assuming it WAS taped).  That's not an illegal wiretap.  It's not even a wiretap.

How was it illegal?  I feel like people misunderstand and conflate concepts of law all the time when criticizing shows on points like these.  Just because Hank was doing his investigation on his own time doesn't mean none of it will hold up in court.  If I investigate you in my free time as a non-officer of the law

Frank Sobotka was not "in peril."  They mercifully didn't show us what we all knew was coming for him, that's all.

Show your work.

Never mind why I'm replying to this 10 months later, but technically he listed her as his "fifth-favorite Catwoman," then revised it to sixth after remembering Lee Meriweather.  The joke was that she was his least-favorite Catwoman, and he named all the other ones that were even marginally well-known ahead of her.

Billy Joel's worst song is more interestingly written than JAMC's entire catalog put together, and I include Attila in that estimation.

I haven't read the books, nor watched the show since maybe season 3, so take this with a grain of salt.  But I've read in several places on the internet that the TV show is about 60% book material, 40% made-up flights of fancy and stuff changed for no particular reason. At least the few seasons I watched were

I agree.  Kind of surprised to see people complaining about this, actually, but I'm learning that the longer a show goes on (even one of the greatest ever), the more stuff people find to nitpick.

Thank you, @avclub-ea1026696cadc48775907505feafed8e:disqus  (hope I never say THAT again in my life).  All this talk of "moving pieces around" is starting to make my teeth grind.  Another way of saying pieces were moved around is that the plot is happening and character motivations are being established or changed.

Noelle - you're fighting a losing battle.  This is the internet, and specifically one of its smartest-ass corners; trying to get people to stop snarking on obviously snarkable things is a lost cause.  It's unfortunate that the really creepy, constantly-whackin'-it bronies ruined it for the only-mildly-creepy, more

A lot of RealDoll owners probably care about their dolls, and aren't hurting anyone either, but that doesn't mean I want to sit next to them on the bus.

Wait a minute.  Joan Rivers was a writer and then the permanent guest host for Carson for years.  If he "had her pegged," it sure took him a long time to figure her out.  And then he conveniently only cut her off after she got her own show, with no public explanation ever given except by Rivers, who thought he was

More like Bob FAGet!  am I wrong? Am I incorrect? Is it not true? Help me here! Have I got the wrong impression about this?
