It almost felt as if the first season was a movie or made for tv movie that did really well so they wanted to make a series and they still got all the same actors. I'm not saying that's a bad thing but I think it's a perfect restart to a charming show.

Pea puree tastes like, well… pureed pees. It's good, the texture is really nice with the flavor of pea, I believe the time I had it it also had parsnip in it like today's which added a sweetness which was really nice.

Say what you will about who should judge such a competition but there's no reason to insult the lady. Also, these chefs live and die off of what their customers think of their food, no restaurant survives on a clientele of only the most refined pallets and honored chefs.

I thought Micah's whole attitude about her was really off putting. He made a tamale, they're not that uncommon in the world there's a good chance she's had them before (it appears she hadn't but hey, whatever).

Just a quick note: it wasn't just salmon, it was salmon candy which is a salmon that is smoked then, well, candied. It's delicious with a nice smokey flavor and a good amount of sweetness. I was surprised they didn't pull out some creme cheese, shallots, black pepper, and maybe some spice and make a fritter.

Well, if they have one amplifier, they could power a factory to make more amplifiers and just put one on the rocket. (That's what I figured they would need to do for tanks and airplanes as well)
