They're both albums full of fun (the regular, unpunctuated kind), bouncy and entertainingly over-wordy production numbers. It's not like "Barlights" or "All the Pretty Girls" were aiming for some deep, thematic truth

I totally agree, but can someone please explain to me how anyone can love Aim and Ignite and also hate Some Nights? I like both albums, pretty unabashedly, and the only thing that seems to set them apart is that Some Nights got super popular and oh wait I just answered my own question.
