My wife turned 29 yesterday, and she had been wanting to see this for some time, so we picked it up at the red box and settled down to watch Pitch Perfect with a bottle of Moscato. The movie came highly recommended, but neither of us really knew what to expect.

Wait, the rapist loses in the end? Lame. Sounds like he was just giving the girl who cried wolf her come-uppins…

That actually sounds… awesome. I like a good rape-revenge story every now and again.

Bilbo Baggins is most definitely NOT feeling the par'Mach, thank you very much!

I watched about 2/3s of this last night. The dialog was atrocious. The main reason I tuned in was because my 4 year old son is obsessed with clocks, and that gives me an excuse to rubberneck this thing to see how gruesome it is.

I actually thought drinking was more fun before I turned 21. The bar scene is so boring and public.

Rapey?

No, Thank You.

And don't forget about Van Helsing in 2004(!) which, apparently, is now getting the reboot treatment…

I don't agree with your McDonald's analogy. I have been pleasantly surprised at how delicious the new Fish McBites taste.

I think I liked this, but is it intentional that I hate the protagonist from the second I see his smug face? If not, I don't think this show is going to work.

So passes Ee'char, derived from echar?

But what happens if you know that you are in a mind jail? Is it like lucid dreaming?

OK, what happened? Did I stumble into some sort of A.V. Club Star Trek forum meme bait, or something?

On "The Visitor," "Hard Time," and the reset button:

It's not stupid if they are Bajoran…

This episode was better than the first four episodes, but I didn't enjoy it as much. I guess I'll keep watching, as long as I can continue to remember it exists.

Yes, Bacon's character has said those words on multiple occasions, at least.
