My first Dylan album was the Bootleg Series Vol 1-3, back when I was a student in college in the early 90's.  Still, I listen to this collection regularly.  While I have since picked up 30+ of his albums and have my favorites of them, I recommend this first Bootleg series box set to anyone just getting into Dylan.

I think a lot of fans have got the Hold Steady all wrong.  They work best without the keyboardist Franz Nicolay.  Their best work is easily Separation Sunday, followed by Heaven is Whenever.  I think by far their most overrated album is BAGIA, which sounds so Springsteen-like and is full of middle school shenanigans

I think Heaven is Whenever was anything but tired.  It's some of their best work.
