I absolutely agree. Most of my favourite hip hop albums of all time are the result of 'group' efforts. Whether it's a single producer (Reflection Eternal, Madvillain etc) or a duo (Outkast, Jurassic 5 etc), if they are a solid unit working together you often end up with a more consistent album, one that where each

I like Cheadle, the "bass" scene in boogie nights is awesome, but I felt Howard was better in the Rhodes role. He and Downey had better chemistry. And I just couldn't by Cheadle as being a Colonel.

Totally agree with Passenger. Epic, epic song.

I heard about this film a long time ago, but have never managed to watch it, there's always something else I'd rather be watching. So I can't comment on the rest of the film, but the scene above…

Paul Rudd really is the man. It's not just charm, his work in I Love You, Man is actually really subtle and hilarious. Ditto for Forgetting Sarah Marshall, Knocked Up, 40 Year Old Virgin. My vote as the next Bill Murray.

I agree with you thoreaully. Eminem is actually the man. Perhaps not the best rapper of all time, but certainly one of the best popular/mainstream rappers.

Right on, Mr. Death, right on.

Who gives a fuck what 13 year olds like? Like what you like.

Slayer's latest (Christ Illusion) does indeed own. Almost my favourite Slayer album. Almost.

I once met a guy called Hercules Panama… and a guy called Raymond Poo… he he.

Good article, but…
Of course I have a few suggestions. Mastodon? They started off with a pretty fucking good metal album with Remission and have just become better and better. I haven't loved an album as much as I love Crack the Skye in a long, long time.
