“Three Amigos”
— A unique episode, this one’s carried by John Cullum and Barry Corbin. Fulfilling a promise, Holling and Maurice set out to bury an old friend, Bill Planey, in a dangerous area known as No-Name Point. Along the way, they meet Bill’s lusty widow, Solvang (Joanna Cassidy) and wind up in situations similar

Yeah, that was everyone's rationalizing, that the cow was going to be served. I dunno, it just seemed a cruel and unusual punishment.

“Democracy in America”
“Ed, we've just witnessed a peaceful transition in government. Do you realize how miraculous that is?” “I think so.” “You think so? Listen to me. Despite Russia, despite Germany, the mass of people on this planet still live under the yoke of some autocratic or totalitarian regime. Do you hear me?

Oh, it's been so long since I've watch the show. I used to love it so much. Dylan O'Brien is very talented — he did fantastic work when Stiles was possessed.

“Burning Down the House”
“You know, first she ruins my life, and then she ruins my life!”

It's interesting that she wasn't aware that High Society was AbFab for the U.S., something CBS seemed super-determined to have in those days (see also, Cybill).

Fallon is a worthy adversary, but what made season one so great was Krystle's horror at what type of a man she married. Cold, a rapist, almost-a-murderer.

"Well, this calls for a celebration."

"Cel-ebrate good times, c'mon!"
"… I will."

Ah, I can get behind that. I love a good backstage story, and both are actually funny.

Toni Collette, among others, can concur.

Interesting. Was it an actor factor, a story factor …?

I do. I enjoyed Whiplash — the acting was excellent.

Fair enough. The review I wrote encourages people to see it, but then see something like An American in Paris afterward.

It lacked originality. Everything worth mentioning was an homage, and the characters were one-dimensional. Also, not enough songs. I wanted so badly to like it, but couldn't.

It's just not a good film.

That's why I adjust the points as needed. I just like to give contestants their points up front.

“Things Become Extinct”
(I could only manage one episode for today.)
“When the chick maiden saw the trapper's son, she almost peed in her pants. He was so cool and nice, and not to mention a total stud. Lots of guys had looked her over plenty of times, but not like this guy. She
