1) I think you mean Sarah Jessica Parker and if so…
2) Don't you mean long in the horse-face?

@esophagus
True I do recall that. Tim did say that and he does generally have good instincts on what the gang will or won't like. Dang straight he isn't a judge, he's so much more: the heart and soul of the show. Way better than a judge!

Do what I do think of the uber melt down ,throw everyone under the bus for not realizing my dreams episode from last season.

I have to disagree with you esophagus. I think the issue is the double standard. I totally agree that "In-the-closet Morman Guy" had a blah outfit. And that is a totally legitimate reason to boot the guy off the show. I can see someone finding OlivIer's interesting, although I thought it wasn't praiseworthy. Thus is

Teti you are wrong about Moriarty
I have to disagree with Teti's notion that Moriarty is the least super, supervillain. In what was originally intend to be his first and only appearance, Moriarty kills the world's greatest detective, Sherlock Holmes. I've read the whole point to "The Final Problem" was to kill off

@Sari
That's always a possibility and it may be that the accent stuck with him. But he just gives off that sense of phony pretentiousness. He lives in a world where people are dying to get noticed and one sure-fire way to accomplish that is to be unique. And you definitely succeed when you are the androgynous Asian

I agree with your thoughts posted in an earlier thread. I'd like a little consistancy. I think this is another instance of the judges letting something slide because they like/love the outfit/designer, and parameters of the challenge be damned.

@ Bad Anser Guy
That a pretty good idea, Sesame Street Bert probably has a strong following in the gay community. Bert and Ernie were television's first onscreen gay couple.

$100 bucks says Olivier's accent is fake.
Dude you're from Ohio, embrace it! Sure living abroad you will pick up a bit of an accent. But it turns out (according to How the State's Got Their Shapes) that were you grow up around as a child is where you get your accent from.
This guy makes me think of Phoebe from the

Please explain???
Would someone please explain how using the fabric from an umbrella is conventional but using the fabric from a dog bed in unconventional? Aren't they more or less the same thing, a textile in an inconvienent form. To me unconventional would be using bird seed or rocks or tubing or dog cones, using

Better than the American Hobbit
Martin Freeman will definately be better than John Krasinski in the American version of the Hobbit.

Yep I agree, I wouldn't mind seeing AV Club review every few episdoes or so. But I'm pretty sure we have to settle for the season premire recaps every year.

Carrie you are correct
As a real lawyer who has watched since the start, the legal aspects of the show are often hard to get through. Often my fiance and I have to pause to discuss the absurdity of some of the things that go on.

Your favorite moments from the series.
So what was everyone's favorite moments of the series. Mine had to be when Gibbon's set Killian up with child porn and asks him to think who would do such a thing, great scene. My second would be in the bank robbery episode when they run up the stairs at the Quincy station (a

Funny story
Two weeks ago my fiance and I were complain about the show being sooo horrible. She kids me for still wanting to watch the show. I thought we were watching House because she wanted to…
Needless to say it won't be auto-recorded on the DVR for season 8.

I'll miss the episode titles
I always liked learning of the titles of the episodes. They were one of the tiny pluses this show had going for it. An inside reference for all Chicagoans. Sometimes you even had to dig a little to get the reference making the title just a little bit sweeter.

I actually liked the ending of "Life on Mars" (US). It was unique and an interesting turn of events. It was a damned if you do, damned if you don't situation. Either blaze your own trail and have people say it sucks compared to the original or follow the UK ending and be called unoriginal… and have people say it

I guess it doesn't hold a candle to soggy cardboard and marinara sauce.

Have people's opinions changed?
I was wondering if it's just me, but after reading the comments for the past two episodes it seems as if people have been selling the show short.

Will Chicago ever find a home on TV?
Yet another Chicago based show bites the dust. It makes me wonder if a Chicago style show could ever survive? Sure you get the occassional show set in Chicago but it might as well be any major American city. Few shows actually get Chicago as a city, as a culture, as a place that
