Back when I first got into 24, I made it my mission to own every movie Kiefer Sutherland was in on DVD.  This proved to be a horrible decision ("The Cowboy Way"?  "Ground Control"?!), but I always enjoyed Kiefer's performances.

The first time I saw Hot Fuzz, I remembered thinking it was awful after the first hour.  Then the second half was so awesome it not only made me enjoy its back half, it made me love the first part in retrospect.  The way it reveals that the cliches of the first half are there to poke fun and pay respect to other buddy…
