Brandon Johnson is great and really deserves a regular gig. NTSF:SD:SUV:: was really funny, but even there he seemed to get short changed.
I've mostly forgiven them because they're so far doing good by Black-ish and Fresh Off the Boat.
I'd say not quite as good, since there were some things that didn't quite work. However, it's in the same ballpark - definitely some of the biggest laughs ever on Network television.
I actually think it has the highest rate of jokes per minute (JPM) of any show that's ever been on the air, and also one of the highest ratios for hits to misses (I'd say maybe 1 joke misses for every 99 that land).

I think she might mention that she slept with somebody, but, no, I don't think they ever show her actually dating a guy. Penny, on the other hand, has tons of boyfriends througout the series.

I liked that show a lot myself. I watched it for Michaela Watkins, but it was Tommy Dewey, who played Mindy Kaling's boyfriend early on on The Mindy Project, who walked away with it.
