I remember seeing a trailer for this at least two years ago. Every once in a while I think to myself, "Hey, isn't there some Jeff Bridges fantasy movie that's coming out? It must be really awful if they didn't just throw it on DVD."

RIPD isn't too bad if you're a big Jeff Bridges fan. He basically does the same schtick as he did in True Grit, but it's still amusing. The rest of the movie's a turkey (well, Mary-Louise Parker's pretty good, too), but Bridges is in it plenty.
