I'm not going to downvote, but I think you should know that I'm seriously disappointed in your dumb opinions.

I understand what you're saying, but respectfully disagree. At this point, the sheer number of great superhero stories says that there's plenty of reason to argue for at least SOME greater degree of depth in SOME parts of the industry.
It's a pretty bad marriage other than that.
At first glance, I love the idea, but now that I'm considering, the whole "clothes" angle just seems unnecessary.
There's always Hey Arnold!
No, by paying my taxes I sometimes PAY for violence, I might even occasionally SUPPORT the limited application of violence in particular circumstances because the world is complicated and sometimes shit happens.
Andre gets a pass for life on account of the whole Jeselnik Offensive thing.
Bridget Jones could start calling herself a "Racial Realist"?
I will admit to some ignorance on the subject. Is it possible that…Well, is there some hidden peculiarity of feminine physiology that necessitates…assistance…in the matter?
Yeah, she's proved to be a good officer in the administration, but I don't think she'd be my dream-candidate.

HA. Yes, enlightening! Now, explain unto me why women are never prepared to depart from the domicile at the agreed upon time! What schemes do they concoct in their powder-rooms? She has had ample hours to make ready for the evening, why is her hair not yet dry? Would this failure of punctuality not affect a…

I can't imagine they'd actually do this, of course. Setting aside the fact that it plays pretty fast and loose with the setting (as @avclub-d3a1e553f6624c0051892aef67f38bca:disqus rightly points out, that's already shaky ground), it would mean an entire plot of Coulson infiltrating this alien realm, which would be…
Prove it.
How about this: Coulson did actually die, but it was under more controlled circumstances than the movie suggests. What SHIELD really needed was a capable, versatile agent to investigate a massive new threat. The problem, however, is that you have to die a warrior's to enter Valhalla.
Yeah, but the creator of Archer got his foot in the door with projects at Adult Swim. AS fostered a lot of creators who wouldn't have the clout to be as aggressively singular at other networks a few years ago. Because they got the chance to make a show and develop their skills, cultivate a potential audience, figure…
I'll be reviewing Moms everywhere this fall, but the project isn't affiliated with the AV Club proper.
Sometimes, yes? I judged Twilight from only the previews, and I don't think actually reading it would have provided a 'better' judgement.
I dunno, I like it, but some of that is just that the series is a throwback to that period in Adult Swim where they were just giving away shows to weird alt-comix types. If you were someone willing to animate on the cheap you had a shot at your own series. Because of that, we have Archer and the Venture Bros, so…
