I mean, Blubbs and Durland.
I mean, Blubbs and Durland.
Oh yeah, I definitely feel like LOST was ultimately a show about its characters, but it 'came up' as a show about the mysteries and I feel like at least half of the audience only cared about said mysteries and put up with the characters (which was seen in the continuously building detractors as the show continued…
This is my favorite episode of the show thus far, just about all of the jokes worked for me and every guest was great.
The code at the end translates to "S E A R C H F O R T H E B L I N D E Y E" apparently, according to a bunch of people on reddit.
So a couple of episodes ago I think I wrote in the comments section that GF kind of does what it seemed like most people wanted LOST to do. Perhaps because it's animated so we have this subconscious reaction to expect less, perhaps the smaller scale (in terms of it being Disney Channel vs. ABC and the town itself…
That part was great, Stanford Pines might be a local hero but he's still Stanford Pines.
Or maybe one that sucks Bill's powers out and gives them to Stan. Who knows?
So that machine Stan builds is like an anti-Bill machine, right?
"One of these is probably the clutch"
P&F as a show needs to go somewhere and just stop existing.
Violence is handled with the same amount of brutality in BRONSON (though there was also a good deal of straightforward brutality in DRIVE I mean that elevator scene is brutal), but visually OGF is more in line with DRIVE, especially in how it creates this living nightmare of a world. BRONSON, fitting the way it was…
Big fan of Danny, but prefer Kendrick, Ab, and Q to him on the whole. Not by a ton, just by a little.
As a pure writer, yeah. Had CONTROL SYSTEM one or two spots ahead of GKMC on my year end list last year I think (with CS at 2 and GKMC at 3 or 4 I believe). Both are great albums.

On the YEEZUS train because it's the best album released since MBDTF by a wide margin, but big ups to Phil for giving D.A.I.S.Y rage some mention. It's a pretty great EP and does show kitty making great strides as an artist ("DEAD ISLAND" is lyrically great and top to bottom it's a great listen).
Kendrick is okay, but Ab-Soul is most definitely way better. I mean, Q is probably even better.
On the real though: Assassin.
I wanna fuck you hard on the sink.
Whatever, Passion Pit is pretty good.
