Actually, it's not an impediment at all to a Justice League movie.  Warner Bros owns all of the movie rights to all of the DC Comics characters.  Marvel/Disney does NOT own all of the movie rights to all Marvel Comics characters.  For example, Sony has the rights to Spider-Man, which is why Amazing Spider-Man exists…
