Ain;t No Fun,  The WC, "i beat that pussy down like drumline"

I read Adam Smith, Esq even though it is mostly geared toward big law firms.    The guy who writes it is brilliant.

That's not necessarily true.   From the Washington Post,  the FIX,  :

The Washington Post had a live chat with the producers earlier. Some interesting stuff if you can handle more politics.

thanks, ill check it out on neflix

How about some coverage of TCM  31 days of Oscar.

They need to  air the For-profit College, Inc one again.

Economics.

Both sides are at fault.   The last time both parties got together was to try to get a  Dodd-Frank waiver for a billionaire that donates heavily to both parties.   The waiver would have pretty much handed 300 million to the billionaires bank.

Our political system is a malignant tumor.   I think the Germans have a much  better system that holds their politicians to greater accountability.

I think it was easier negotiating with the Russians during the Cold War then negotiating with either party.

You forgot white papers, blue-ribbon committees (without Betty Childs) , & "non partisan" reports.   That stuff is the premium bullshit.

Politics huh, The game is rigged man

I think people need to manage their expectations for this show.  It's a show about Zombies and for most people not on the AV Club, its a show about killing zombies.   We're not going to get Breaking Bad like stories and twists  with this show.   I don't believe AMC gives a shit about the quality of the show as long as

I can see why Andrea ditched her.  A conversation with a zombie is more interesting than spending idle time with Michonne.  I know the writers are trying to build up some kind of mystique with her character, but it's not working.

I think the majority of the people would agree that it's complete crap and that it does not advance the story one bit.  There was a long wait for this book after the 3rd book and to say it was disappointing does not even scratch the surface.    Still, if you enjoy it that's cool too. We all like certain things that

Thats good to know.  I have no love for HBO execs but somehow feel more comfortable with them taking over the series from Martin.  They'd bring in some top writers and really condense the series focusing on just a few key characters like Tyrion, Danny, and Jon.

Bran used to be interesting before Martin turned him into a tree. Still, he is far from the least interesting.  I'll still take Bran over any Greyjoy, Martell and all the other unnecessary filler characters.

We should be so lucky.  the Iron people all die and the comet blows up the Free Cities so Danny has no choice but to go to Westeros and start the War.

I sometimes wish I never read these books and went by the HBO show
