As the White House gets painted gold and Trump orders sniper towers to be set up outside every major metropolitan area to take out dissenters, we'll all be crowded around 55-gallon drums filled with gasoline-soaked rags for a few moments of extra warmth. And we'll all be watching season six of House of Cards,

I wouldn't mind watching a Biography special about David Spade NOW. With how obscure he's gotten lately.

"I can show you how to make a bomb out of a toilet paper roll and a stick of dynamite."

Same. Don't let my complaining make you think I still don't know the words by heart.

I was thinking the same thing. That was an alternative radio hit in a very terrible period of alternative radio.

I'm not sure why I read that as "Mindy Kaling" instead of "Mickey Keating" but she's perfectly free to make a stark psychological drama, too.

Pre Johnny Depp fixation Tim Burton probably had something to do with that.

The first season is where you'll get most of your money's worth but it's completely worth it for the GORGEOUS season finale.

Definitely worth watching, as long as you keep it in perspective: A) There was nothing like it on television at that time, and B) No one knew how shitty the second season was going to get.

He looks like he's ready to play the most intense game of "Duck, Duck, Goose" ever witnessed by humans.

Statistically speaking, she should really be called to serve on a jury of people that are hearing a slip-and-fall case or some other such thing. It would be pretty funny if a crusading idealist type of person dedicated their entire life to finding out if Old Lady Smith REALLY had substantial injuries to her neck

Noomi Rapace escaped this film just as definitively as she escaped that giant rolly wheely thing at the end of Prometheus.

Only fifteen?

. . . I got it excited because I thought that said "the new John Candy movie," and I'm not sure why I let that happen.

. . . You bought the Genisys DVD?

I could see it being thematically appropriate, but it's also not very satisfying for me personally. Season 2 built to a mad crescendo and television's greatest vehicular homicide in memory. Season 3 built to a very respectably emotional pool party, but it had more of a "hm" impact than a "wow!" impact on me.

I suppose I could see that. In my opinion, though, the "chaos" made for a less structured and more meandering plot that didn't really go much of anywhere. That's just me, of course.

My wife had to beg me to watch it. I watched the first three episodes with the bare minimum of attention, but by the end was glued to the screen. And now I feel the struggle, because I can't get anyone to watch it.

It's a shame. I'm looking forward to it more than just about anything on this list.

Lack of Vee, really? Vee was my favorite character in the second season! I thought having that kind of villain was a great asset for the show.
