I based my choice on the fact that the movie was wretched, and I wondered what coke-addled assclown greenlit the show.

Titus was a good show. Christopher is a very good stand-up and he really did a good acting job. Stacy Keach can do no wrong in my book and was a scene-stealing source of hilarity on every episode. Cynthia Watrose was tough, smart, funny and gorgeous. I was saddened when they cancelled it.

I teach History and Geography in a public high school in West Virginia. You could say I'm somewhat familiar with this. It never stops making me sad and angry. I do what little I can to change it. I'm mostly pissing into the wind, but that doesn't mean I'm going to stop doing it.

They (and I am one) hate how being publicly called out on being a racist can damage their image/income/career. They don't actually question their own assumptions, prejudices and stereotypes, which is a much more educational experience, but also requires a lot of effort and empathy.
