Yes! As much as I love getting to know these dancers and watching them grow and evolve and challenge themselves week in and week out, I'm just as invested in the choreographers and what they bring to the table. If I know someone is doing a Travis Wall number or a Mia Michaels or Dave Scott, that immediately makes it

I love how she's so game for everything. Love, love, love her!

I will give you Mary Murphy - for sure. That woman just makes my head hurt all the time. ALL. THE. TIME. Can't we get Toni Redpath on the panel as the go-to judge for ballroom? She's gorgeous and brilliant, doesn't pull punches, gets emotional when it's called for, knows her shit and - imagine this - does it all

I felt like she forgot her mascara and eyeliner. Still, I thought her "just in from the beach" look was pretty, but not quite…..enough?…. for TV.

I thought the opening number was awesome and was jaw droppingly surprised it was Nappy Tabs - because they just don't do it for me anymore. Perhaps given the success of the "Lovecats" number last week and the new direction of this opening group number NappyTabs need to consider giving up hip-hop and broadening their

Sign me up. Can we get someone on developing that show like STAT?

Agreed on SO many fronts. I was baffled by the Chehon save when Daniel strikes me as the better and more interesting dancer. I knew Nick was a gonner when I saw him in the bottom three and won't miss him a smidge.  As much as I hated to see Janaya go home - I thought she showed tremendous potential and really killed

The fact that they didn't really chaps my ass. Because last season (or maybe S7?) Travis choreographed a "jazz" piece that had the fluidity of a lyrical piece and Nigel shit all over him for it not really being a straight up "jazz" piece. Where was that need for specificity last week NIGEL?

Its like he was going for something Fosse-esque, but failed miserably. I love Daniel and think he's both ridiculously talented and beautiful, but that number was so bad it makes me fear for his safety.

Keep in mind though that the dancers really only spend a handful of hours with the choreographers learning the routines - then they are on their own to rehearse and perfect the routine. So really, Cyrus' best hope for survival is that he has Eliana as a partner - someone who is really classically trained with a strong

Pretty much the entirety of Lydia's "Illuminate". So beautifully atmospheric. Also "Roads" by Portisead and "At the Stars" by Better than Ezra. That song makes me want to be driving on a coastal highway on a starry night avoiding the onset of adulthood in perpituity.
