I hate that ad, too.
I'm awfully tired of this whole "episodes must be self serving" concept AV Club's kicking around lately. What's wrong with a show having a season that's about a large story? Last I checked, shows like CSIs weekly installments really get old quick, and I remember people complaining about the story-of-the-week format…
Nailed it. There's very few bands I can listen to over and over, but I've listened to this cd well over 100 times since it came out (as well as every other one they've made). In the car, while I'm skiing, when I have friends over, as my alarm clock. The only other cd I've done that with lately has been the new…
Anybody who says there were no "Important Albums" this year obviously didn't pay any attention to Steel Panther's seminal "Balls Out".
There's that hot nurse I was telling you about.
Couldn't agree more. The goal of a comedy is to make you laugh, not explain why you did or didn't laugh. Sometimes things are funny and sometimes they aren't, and I thought this season was hilarious. This finale may not have been as satisfying as the last 30 or so seconds of last season, but it ended exactly the…
Oh my god that's the funky shit!
As much as I want a second season of this show to happen, (obviously without knowing how this season ends) I can absolutely see this being one of those shows that has one excellent season that works perfectly as by itself, and people finding out about it years later and kicking themselves for not supporting it when…
Ha ha, or maybe the CFL? After all, last season Taco tried to draft Joffrey Reynolds from the Calgary Stampeders…
"Ooooh, you changed into courdorys!"
Is that a motion? Because I second.
What if he wins and pulls an Andre and overhauls the trophy? Models it in the likeness of a shit/mint???
This Episode
Deserved at least an A. I was a little worried about the introduction of Raffi last week since last season's core was so solid, but now I'm really looking forward to seeing more of his antics and hopefully more similar scenes to the house party. And on a totally unrelated note, the look on Ruxin's face…
I've had season 5 in its entirety on my DVR since it premiered and I've gotta say, I haven't tired of a single second of any of those episodes. And I of course bought the DVD the day it came out.
Ha ha, the hits just keep on coming.
Every one of these songs was played every single day by every moronic douchebag that lived on my floor freshman year in the dorms. The only thing that would make this nightmare complete would be if it included The Ataris's godawful cover of "Boys of Summer".
It's good to see someone else who shares my opinion. I really wanted to like "In The Future", especially after all the praise it got, but when it finally came around to me listening to it, I suddenly wondered what all the hype was about.
That Pinball Wizard…
…Will Reign In Blood
He's never quittin', so won't you listen?
