as to how this compares to the other two in the trilogy? I've seen Oldboy, but not the others. I would think that there would be some thematic exhaustion.

and agree with is politics, I really dislike that he uses unfair techniques in arguing with his republican correspondents. It's a bit "O'Reilly"-esque at times.

Hey Rabbi, Jon Katz didn't make Home Movies. It was created by Loren bouchard and Brenden Small. Katz voices Melissa's dad, but didn't have any production credits (that I recall).

Home Movies are BEST watched in blocks for initiates so that they can get a grasp of the humor o fthe series. one episode just won't cut it. The show's humor is too subtle to get on one viewing.

I submit that beta was in fact better than VHS.

Totally true. My girlfriend likes the show because she watched it a lot when she was young. I never would have believed it myself, but ther is was on the hallmark channel: the entire town exploding. Is there a better way to end any show?

I've said it before: Best series finale: Little House on the Prairie. The entire frontier town is blown up in wave afer wave of explosination.
