I really liked this episode due to the game meat aspect. I felt like it was probably the first challenge that was truly Texas and not just stereotype-Texas. Hunting is a huge part of life for many Texans, though it's distressingly becoming more of a (wildly) rich man's sport.

There's definitely a lot of "Haha! Were in TEXAS!" stuff going on but I've only lived in Chicago for like six months, so I'm still riding the nostalgia wave.

As a Texan who now lives in Chicago, I'm pretty engaged in this season. The rivalry has been kind of infuriating to this point because I was always like, "They're both right! They're both wrong!" But now I can clearly side against the total bitch who made the same cake twice and won.
