It's okay. I'll keep watching, but it could have been much more exciting. Ahearne's Apparitions was much better at tackling similar stuff.
Pilots and such: Ironside, Welcome to the Family and The Mindy Project S2 premiere are all up on Hulu now. I shall watch them.
He has some ITV 60s-set medical drama starting probably soon? http://www.itvmedia.co.uk/b…
Film-wise, Hitchcock's 1956 The Man Who Knew Too Much is on Film4 at 4:30PM too. I don't think I've seen that one.
I'm watching Ultraviolet, the 1998 UK vampire mini-series starring Jack Davenport and Idris Elba.
Last night's Newsroom Wikipedia storyline would have been much more fun if it was about that.
"Plus the Brits are having a fit over Naomi Watts as Princess Di."
She just played Heather Graham's character in Jason Reitman's live read of Boogie Nights: http://variety.com/2013/fil…
I read Patrick Ness's YA novel More Than This, which I loved. Hard to talk about the plot without spoiling it (lots of big twists), but I was gripped all the way through.
I didn't even know there was new Lethem coming out. Hooray!
"Bart, if you have a failing, it's that you're always demanding perfection. If you have a failing."
So anyway, they're going do-do-do-do-do, do-do-do-do, do-do-do-do-do, do-do-do-do-do, do-do-do-do-do, do-do-do-do-do, do-do-do-do-do…
Having finished literally everything else on my DVR, I'm finally watching Boss.
I'd be happy with them just bringing back his show on the Nerdist Youtube channel.
Maybe Netflix would only allow Dougray Scott to do a handful of episodes? He's a regular on that awful Hemlock Grove I think.
I hope the RIRA involvement gets some more Irish TV actors I vaguely recognise onto the show. I think MacKenna was someone from The Clinic (that probably doesn't narrow it down, that show starred a ridiculous number of people).
It's Loki, which I guess means he's Tom Hiddleston in disguise?
On a related note, the final IT Crowd will apparently air in the UK in three weeks, after the Agents of SHIELD pilot.
They sort of had a kid. It… died during childbirth? Was kidnapped? It was very confusing and awful, but at least we got the Spider-Girl series out of it.
