Why has the calendar disappeared from the TV Club banner at the top?

How about "I don't fuck guys, until later in the movie to show that you're so awesome that you can even score a girl who doesn't fuck guys"?

Mock The Week is back on BBC Two tonight too. No Chris Addison though, as he's in the US working on Veep.

Gave up on The Goldbergs at the first break. Maybe it'll get better and I'l check in half-way through the season, but I couldn't be bothered watching for now.

Yeah, I have The Middleman DVDs, but I'd love to be able to just send people links to the episodes.

I liked it. The plots tie up too neatly at the end, but I thought it was fairly decent. I like the adult characters, and they're recasting the daughter, but I wasn't keen on the male kids. Felt a bit Rico Rodriguez-y.

In terms of ABC's comedies, it's interesting that the only one they haven't put online is Super Fun Night, which everyone hates.

S2 and 3 were much better than S1. Haven't seen past that yet.

New season pilot previews have started showing up online. First episode of Trophy Wife is up; I'll watch for Malin Ackerman, Natalie Morales and because it's written by Sarah Haskins from Target Women. http://www.hulu.com/watch/5…

As I said in the Podmass comments, I miss the Superego podcast, but this'll do for now.

I was in the Irish scouts, and we still had signalling (or at least one where the badge was semaphore flags, IIRC).

Weirdly, Johnson is only about four years older than Fanning, who's closer to the age of the character. That seems wrong.

Eh, Indira Varma gets enough work elsewhere. She's in the BBC miniseries What Remains at the moment (along with Luther's Steven Mackintosh), and, like all British actors shall eventually be, she's in the next season of Game of Thrones.

Careful now.

I'm catching up on S3 of The Middle right now. Great show.

I like Luther, but I have no idea why they are doing the proposed movie as a prequel. It's not like there's some mysterious origin to delve into.

I still miss Superego (have they mentioned doing a fourth season?), but at least this Funny or Die video is basically a Superego case file: http://funnyordie.com/m/894m
