For Moffat shows, Joking Apart is worth a watch too. Ridiculous farce, but quite funny occasionally. Not for everyone though.

Review is great, especially the second series when they started piling on the (somewhat vague) continuity.

I love Our Friends In The North. Worth tracking down the DVDs if you have a multi-region player.

When the show was being advertised they had to eventually put in a disclaimer that yes, the title was a joke.

Yeah, I'd compare it more to Police Squad, with updated cop show tropes to go with the silly language and background jokes.

It would basically be Dredd (who Robocop was largely influenced by anyway).

Yeah, I'm on board for the Dial H issue, but that's it so far.

I mostly only know her from The West Wing and Sports Night, but I liked her there.

Yeah, the principal was always too busy, he'd send you away. The vice principal had time.

Todd grew up in a town of about 40 people, so it's probably related to that. In our school, the vice principal was mostly in charge of discipline and stuff like that.

Sarah Treem wrote some of the best In Treatments, so I'm interested.

Try something from S2 or 3. The pilot isn't great, and it took them a bit to sort out the character relationships.

That E4 thing (Luxury Comedy?) was awful. All of the weirdness of Boosh, but without any of the balance. Or humour.

I remember almost nothing about her role. I'm sure it'll come back to me.

@avclub-a7859b2eb52d72bcb15753edac0aa76d:disqus I've still never seen The Unit. I like Shawn Ryan, but really don't like David Mamet.

Ooh, I forgot that was S3. I also forgot it was only two episodes. It had a big impact, probably as it's the first thing I saw him in post-Spin City.

He was also great on Scandal this season. He's probably still best known for Felicity.

Glad to have these reviews back.
