I'm enjoying these lists and agreeing with a lot of it, but you guys need to do a separate one for 90s comedies (and maybe another for action?) That way stuff like Kingpin, Waiting for Guffman and Cable Guy actually get their due, and don't have compete against all these "heavy" movies…

I think that's why there's a suprising amount of reappreciation for Jackie Brown that's gone on, in the comments here and elsewhere. It's the only Tarantino movie that feels like it's populated with living breathing people. As you said, the rest of his movies all seem to exist in some sort of sealed Tarantino-verse…

Parts 2 and 3 were filmed at the same time and released six months apart, in 1989 and 1990, respectively. So 3 just squeeked into the '90s on a technicality.
