I thought Hit and Run was a perfectly enjoyable movie that he wrote, directed, and starred in.

Who doesn't love a motherfucker who can do back flips?

This guy!

Wow, Steve Hyden straight up stole that last line too.

This is pure, gold-spun perfection.

Yeah, I kind of liked The Thing (2011). Not a classic or anything, but not an affront to the genre with some decent ideas. Plus I like Joel Edgerton a lot, for some reason.

Agreed. He seems like a normal dude, except he plays guitar in Slayer. I'd probably rather watch one of these sorta crappy movies with him and some brews than watch a "good" horror movie by myself.

Jesus Christ, you're the second guy in the last 2 hours to reply to me on a 4 year old breaking bad thread (though of course you're replying to my reply…). I love how these things never die.

I thought about seeing Kevin Devine and the Goddamn Band live last Saturday while my friends were at Kanye West. Ended up not doing it. This has been a cool story, brought to you by your bro, Robo Redneck.

Yeah, I don't hate this one. The guitar thing sort of reminds me of House of the Rising Sun, which I like. And I've never really had lyrics ruin a song for me; I mean, I like good lyrics, but if I like the sound of a song I can ignore bad lyrics and pretend they're just texture.

Speaking of horror movies, I just saw VHS 2 on Netflix. Holy shit, that third segment (Safe Haven) is fucking great! Gareth Evans is a straight up god; Safe Haven, Merantau, and The Raid: Redemption are absolutely incredible.

Four months late, but holy fucking goddamn balls, that cult short was the craziest thing I've ever seen. Just unreal. Gareth Evans is a god.

Let's see, I would not take that bargain (7 years of life expectancy to relive worst day). Hell, I can't even pinpoint a worst day of my life. Maybe that one time Sluggo trolled me.

Hm, don't recall that. But then again, I was drunk.

Sounds cool.

Bad Grampa was hilarious. Saw it on opening night in a packed theater, everyone was in tears they were laughing so hard.

More than a feeling. And I absolutely CANNOT hit those high notes.

Great fucking movie (OK, maybe not GREAT great, but still one of my favorites. If it's on TV, I watch that dang thing to the end)

YES! That's the only way I sing that song.
