Did anyone else watch the USA Cartoon Express?  I think that was on mid-to-late '80s/early '90s on Saturday morning.  It was a whole parade of warmed-over Hanna Barbera cartoons from the 60s and 70s.  They were unwatchably bad, and a seemingly endless parade of short-run series.

Can I just say that I love the race of robot gas mask people who's representative has a very pretty, feminine voice?  I don't think that race ever got a name, but I love it during the rare occasions that she shows up.
