Well, I think it's at least arguable that Kony is in some sense worse than Un. I mean, Kony probably has an impact on far fewer people's lives, but those that he does impact, he just destroys. For all its faults, Korea is at least semi-stable and not in the habit of arbitrarily chopping off limbs.
