Great write up for a film I wish I liked much more.

Barnes and Noble does a half off sale every July and either October or November. As far as I can tell, they have most every Criterion released. I nabbed myself the Three Colors Trilogy for 25 bucks.

HBO releases (and most shows in general) are always 35 bucks or less on release week, and they look at least 2x better than their broadcast variants.
