Whether you liked him or not, I think this sums up Jobs' impact on the general public: ‎"The iPod was an invention that was so forward-thinking that no one even knew they were supposed to want one until it was announced—and then, setting a pattern for so many Apple products to follow, everyone absolutely needed one."

I feel like if he were taking them home they wouldn't have had the Doctor call it out like he did. I dunno, just the way it was scripted kind of seemed like a "Hey, look at this line it means something" kind of thing. But there's a definite possibility it means nothing.

You're totally right. He just says "Of course, who else." So I change my vote to the Doctor himself. Makes sense, and I think at this point in the series he's at the height of self-loathing/fearing.

Didn't he say something like "Of course, it was always her." I thought it was something to do with River.

I had to rewind that part too. It sounded like he called him "beaky" because of his nose. Comments about his nose seem to come up from time to time.

I feel like the TARDIS has always been a little iffy on where it takes them. But to be fair, last week the went where they were supposed to go, it was just under quarantine. This week didn't he say that Amy's faith in him is what brought them to the hotel?

Ohhh! AND there was the part in this episode where Rory was talking about his time with the doctor in the past tense and when the Doctor called him on it he denied it/didn't remember.
