This should've been the second or third-to-last episode, preferably a two-parter. This one should have ended with House apologizing to Chase, and the next one to begin with the wife thanking House, Wright (unaware of House's correct diagnosis) should've concluded that House and Foreman are at fault here, House being

best episodes of House..
are the ones where everything connects in the end and you don't get every step of the way fed to you like you're some retard who can't understand sub-text

I think the problem with "House" for the last couple of seasons is that House doesn't treat people anymore. He gives an advice here and there, and possibly solves the thing, but he doesn't engage with patients like he did for the first 3 seasons.
One of the most interesting parts of an episode used to be

I rather enjoyed the opening scene, I think it ended Franco's unbelievably boring story line in a funny way. Moreover, it combined alcoholism in an interesting way with Micky starting the fight ("hey, I got one" - that was funny, admit it).
Tommy had some good scenes tonight right from the opening
