I don't know if it's just because children terrify me, but the Doctor Who episodes "The Empty Child"/"The Doctor Dances" scared the living crap out of me… Those gasmask children asking for mummy <shivers>

I don't know if this counts, but for me Dr. Horrible's Sing Along Blog rated up there as 'pretty damn sad'. This could also be because I am very partial to NPH though
