watching it for Maddow

I've always assumed Rufus' "Go or Go Ahead" was about elder Wainwright, too, though I have no real basis for this - just that the line "whatever happened to love?" seems like a return volley at Louden's "Whatever Happened to Us?"  It's also one of his bitterest songs, I think.

Martha's version of Tower of Song is my canon.  She wiped the floor with it.

This episode had its moments, but for the most part I'm getting so tired of the 'study group fight rapidly escalates until everyone hates each other and almost breaks up but then is saved last minute by a plot point that doesn't really give much closure' storyline.  By the time the group was around the table screaming

"Another Horsedreamer’s Blues" is a song that used to be able to reduce me to tears within a few bars (in a good way).  Still holds up.

CRISIS ALERT!!  I vote Garrett-Vicky love connection

don't forget their fleeting romance in Paradigms of Human Memory - but yeah, Pierce & Abed would be a good pairing and maybe a good way to bring in the Abed & Troy-are-living-together storyline, what with Pierce & Troy being ex-roomies.  I'm curious to see how that one's going to develop.

What I want to know is - what happened to Dr. Rich, Jeff's good (???) doppelganger?

Ready, set, PEACE.  *bang*
