Frank killed Russo because Russo was a reckless blabber-mouth. And I can't imagine anyone was unsurprised when he killed Russo himself—he was a congressman after all.

I enjoyed this season. I'll come back to it if only because I'm a diehard Kevin Spacey fan. I love hearing his voice, seeing his face, and appreciating his superb acting.
