Here is a pie chart of my favorite bars.

Yeah I'm pretty sure three songs from "Dreamgirls" were nominated, which led to a pretty spectacular Grammy-esque performance that year. They could have nominated both and thrown "Me Party" in there for the hell of it. That would have guaranteed at least one genuinely entertaining moment this year, but nooooooo.

Nah, I'm going to turn it into a fast food thread.

Fortunately Jason Segel is too successful to ever agree to sign on to that garbage.

I was really excited for a minute when I thought Marshall was quitting because I thought that meant we wouldn't be seeing Martin Short's character anymore. Really when you think about it there's no difference between Mr. Cootes and Lily's dad. Besides Mr. Cootes' environmental activism and Lily's dad's board game

Damn, you beat me to it. The first thing I thought of when I heard Mika was "holy shit, Mercury's been reincarnated."

Plus, he had the idea to make everything he and April eat dinosaur-shaped.

*ATTN PARTY DOWN FANS* Adam Scott just tweeted "For those of you fond of Party Down, there is a nice surprise on Parks and Rec tonight…"

You actually have to take a qualifying exam to get on Jeopardy. What's crazy is they interview every single person in the studio audience on the price is right, and always end up picking the people that make their own tshirts anyway.

"Atrocity: Oohh look a baby deer!"

Party Down used to be great but it totally sucks now that it's on Showtime. It jumped the shark the minute Jeff Goldblum got a sausage roll stuck in his ass during the nudist couple's anniversary party.*

Spotify, please. Rdio's 'free' service limits the amount of streams per month. Not to mention I already went to the trouble of downloading Spotify when AV Club posted their best tracks of 2011. I don't need two apps that do the same thing.

See, my wish was going to be that things that reach a general critical consensus matched with how popular those things actually are. I was envisioning a world where Community and Parks and Rec easily trump Rob! or whatever in the ratings, and I never have to hear LMFAO on the radio ever again.

Extraordinary Machine was her third, finally released album. She took the Jon Brion version and worked it over with Mike Elizondo, and yeah, it was her choice to re-do it.  Music critics and fans now have the official and the leaked version to compare and complain about, which is totally fine, but honestly I think if

Shit, now that's going to be stuck in my head all day.

April also had a great comedy moment when she was doing all of those different voices over the phone. Although I would have liked to see a brief Janet Snakehole cameo.

Honestly I think they are trying because I've noticed that too. There's lots more stuff I want to watch than there used to be even 3 months ago. Then again I get excited about Meek's Cutoff and Tiny Furniture being on there, the big blockbusters still don't show up that much. So I can see why its not immediately

Netflix had Hudsucker Proxy available to watch instantly like a year ago. I remember because it showed up in my recommendations so I watched it. Good movie. Guess it's not available anymore.

That's an amazing idea. Hell, I'd probably end up spending more that way than just signing up for mail service because of the instant gratification.

Yeah I used to live in Norwalk, Ohio, if you know where that is, and we couldn't even get high speed internet there unless you use satelite which is crazy expensive and still not very good. So it was DVD or nothing. I don't think people realize how many people in rural areas in this country have no access to the
