My barely-can-call-it-a-system is more for helping people deal with the annoying password requirements than to actually make their passwords safer…I also just think not having to write them down makes them safer and that progression system makes remembering them more likely. as in Swimming With Sharks, and Entourage, absorbing your boss's evil without narcing is one of the gateway rights of passage in hollywood. It shouldn't be, and this boss is of course a turdlet, but it generally is, and nobody takes that job thinking they're working for a good person.
