The thing I miss most about CDs is the thousands and thousands of dollars I wasted on them. I have around 2,000 CDs sitting in boxes in my basement, because streaming Spotify through my stereo is so much easier. I've been collecting vinyl off and on for 20+ years also, but my CDs dwarf my vinyl around 4:1. Man, I wish

Pains of being pure at heart

I dig them. A lot. In fact I might go search "high-waisted jeans" on Tumblr since i got some time to kill.

Thankfully the kids are relegated to the background and only trotted out occasionally to remind us they exist.

Yeah, this record doesn't have teeth like the last one, but still stands up on its own pretty well. Yeah Wisenbaker's vocals are just passable but he is a great guitarist, really understated yet expressive and knows how throw down some tasty licks.

Man, I have a dislike of M Ward that borders on irrational. His persona as this folk troubadour, his fake-sounding raspy drawl, his polite sounding music… it all rings hollow to me. To me, calling someone "folks's safest bet" is a backhanded compliment at best, not an "A-" ringing endorsement. When Rolling Stone

I watched the first few eps of Daredevil and turned it off and quit when the big bald bad guy killed the Russian gangster by slamming his head in a car door like literally 30 times. I'm not squeamish about violence but in that show it was just so gratuitous. Plus the fight scenes were at first impressive but became

I was at the park with my two kids and wearing a Luna t-shirt that I got at their semi-recent reunion show. I ran into another dad from my kids' school with his kids and he was wearing an Agent Orange, recently purchased at one of their shows. Just a coupla cool dads hanging out in the park keeping the dream alive.

I was maxed out when Paul Rudd played the cool music exec in This is 40.

bleh, I forgot he is a Scientologist.

You guys keep mentioning Phil, the buff handsome black guy but I think you mean Tandy.

As if I need another reason the hate the Academy. Never really enjoyed watching this anyway but now I have more than enough reasons to tune out.

Hey Now! You're an Allstar! wait.

WHEN IS FARGO SEASON 2 AVAILABLE? I got rid of cable the week it premiered and thought I'd just wait it out but fuck man. I'm starting to regret my decision especially with Better Call Saul season 2 happening now. Was starting to sweat about Broad City too, but March 3 is a sigh of relief. Is this how people feel

Oh man, the self-satisfied, pretentious, pseudo intellectual posturing of those who share TEDTalks. The only thing more annoying is people who enjoy A Prarie Home Companion (or basically anything on NPR on Sundays).

I love the whole 70s NYC music scene, CBGBs bands etc and I'm not planning on watching this. It looks corny and i take Dick Hell's opinion very seriously. I think suffering through the CBGB movie recently is also a factor.
