Yup, saw Green Day open for Bad Religion there in 1993 right before Dookie came out.

I saw this tour at the Gothic Theater in Denver. My roommate and I waited outside Ride's tour bus and the bassist was nice enough to chat with us for a few minutes. We were teenagers *sigh*

I think registering and creating a user profile on porn sites is even taking it too far. I'm perfectly happy to not comment or save videos or whatever registered users do and just get in and out and be on my way.

Maybe that's what happened to Death Cab for Cutie. Ben Gibbard accidentally clicked the share on Facebook button while JO'ing on YouPorn.

I hung out with a few alpha male "bad boy" types in my 20s and they would get into fights and there was this weird aggression that I never identified with, being a hardcore beta male myself. Now a few of them are in their 40s, and luckily didn't go to jail but are channeling that aggression participating in mixed

It's true. I got to the end of the article, read that last sentence and literally could not remember the names of those two movies. Sat there staring into space waiting for them to come to me and nothing.

It can be pretty obnoxious when people belittle sports fans, kind of like atheists or vegans who look down on the "unenlightened." That said, i have zero interest in sports and sometimes i get embarassed or feel kind of ostracized when surrounded by sports fans talking about the big game or whatever.

I usually listen to new music on Spotify and if a record really sticks with me I'll buy it on vinyl. I stopped buying CDs or digital downloads years ago- it's too much of a hassle owning mp3s. Spotify sucks for artists but really is a game changer

I hope she's held in contempt and this has serious consequences. Maybe we need people like her to show that religious bigots are on the wrong side of history.

It really comes down to where you fall on the optimist/pessimist spectrum. There is undoubtedly a lot of calculation in Grohl's banter—in no way is he talking off the cuff on stage—but that doesn't necessarily mean it isn't genuine and heartfelt.

I'd go back in time to when I was 12. That's when things went off the rails for me.

"Beach" is this decade's "Wolf" when is comes to trendy, overplayed band names. "Wild" is another word that needs to be retired.

"this video contains content from UMG, who has blocked it on copyright grounds"

I interviewed the Cardigans on their tour bus and right before we were to get started, Nina, the singer, left to get coffee. I asked the band if we should wait for her and one of the guys got pissed and replied incredulously "Why?"

I doubt many people here care about high fashion and neither do I, but, man, if Karl Lagerfeld isn't the most obnoxious, preposterous, and all around ridiculous person ever. He's a cartoon character come to life. A total fucking weirdo. Good for him, I guess. He's getting paid and clearly does whatever the fuck he

I think it probably started as a parody of the type of stupid shit Cosby would say and evolved organically to become part of pop culture.

Oh man those T Mobile ads that are all hot pink and black and white with faux hipsters spastically mugging and gyrating makes me what to punch myself in the face.

My eyes rolled so hard I have a headache from reading that line.

An R-rated sex comedy starring Alison Brie? I'm definitely in.

"I say let him alone unless you have something meaningful to talk to him or comment about"
