There are only a handful of sitcoms that really stand the test of time, and this is one of them.  The other in my opinion is The Odd Couple (barring examination of clothing styles), Roseanne (seasons 2 through second to last), and strangely enough as it is among the oldest - The Honeymooners.
Good writing tells- and

While the husband was an ass for much of the movie, in terms of being the "heavy" it was Turner full stop.  She acted genuinely evil. Even at the end when they both fell with the chandelier, she used her last ounce of strength to push his hand away. Despicable.

Don't forget, before Mike's offer Walt was still $40,000 in the hole. He wasn't going to stop until he made the money he originally intended. Of course, he was getting greedy but Skyler's behavior sealed the deal. There's no turning back.

Believe me, I agree. I don't know why he won't divorce Skyler now, except for the obvious reason that she may squeal and spouses can't be compelled to testify against each other.

I don't know.  I think after Fring's death Walt would have been content making enough for his family (certainly $5 million).  But Skyler's almost instant turn has poisoned the well so to speak. Now Walt really feels like there's no reason to stop.

Am I alone in thinking that perhaps Skyler pushed Walt (although yes, he has his own hubris) to not even consider something like the $5 million payout and getting out of the business?  Had Skyler not told Walt she was waiting for the cancer to come back and more importantly, had she not taken the kids- perhaps Walt

Are you on the crack, Sir?  Nearly every episode of the Odd Couple is a gem.

I was a big fan of Olivia Munn on AOTS.  She had a lot of energy and her timing was actually pretty good. Plus, I think she handled most things they asked her to do on that show with a good sense of humor.  However, once she left that show and has been cast in scripted comedies and higher quality shows like the Daily

What must poor Walt, Jr., be thinking? For weeks now his mother hasn't cracked a smile and her disgust with her husband is hardly difficult to spot.  She's a despicable person- even if she honestly fears for her children's safety that's not a reason to destroy the home life like she's doing.

I no longer can watch the screen when Skyler's on it without retching.  She's a miserable person who can't stand not having control over Walt and is willing to ruin her kids' lives in the guise of protecting them.  When she told Walt that she's waiting for his cancer to come back- wow, just wow.

I hear you, but the episode made me feel terribly old. I graduated college in 1993!
