Some Kind of Munster

My wife makes these chocolate mint things…. I don't really know the recipe, but I know the dough has to be rolled out into a cylindrical shape and partially frozen then sliced into disks and they get dusted with icing sugar at the end.

Shit… I now realize that I'm talking about the other guy – the big-eyed co-pilot dude with the red shirt (or jacket?). This guy:

Last year I got my boss fired then took his job. I know there's a slight chance this makes me a terrible person, but I'm very proud of it.

The album actually reminds me a lot of the secretly outstanding "Hand it Over" (the final pre-breakup record) in that the instrumentation is more varied and experimental (by Dinosaur Jr's very conservative standards).

One of my high school friends, who was of Filipino descent used to love the "It's a trap!" guy in RotJ because he was the coolest Filipino guy he'd ever seen in a movie.

I loved Star Wars as a kid (born in '76, so I was the perfect age for Empire and Jedi – I even unabashedly loved the Ewoks), but by the time the prequels came out I'd just had enough and never bothered to see them (although I caught Phantom Menace on TV one time and it wasn't as awful as I'd been led to believe).
