Yeah, my daughter's not quite two yet but for the past week she's been a total hellraiser. She's too young to get the whole "Santa won't bring you presents if you're bad" thing yet, so I'm thinking it may take a visit from the Krampus to keep her in line.

What's with parents and shitty little paring knives? Both my parents and my in-laws have nothing in their kitchens other than 30-year-old paring knives that have been inexpertly sharpened so many times there's hardly any blade left.

I like to make a quick bruschetta type topping with finely diced tomatoes, onions, celery, minced garlic, basil, oregano, olive oil, and parmesan and spread that over top of any kind of white fish filets and bake 'em. (Depending on the size of the fish i usually have them in for 15-20 minutes at 450).
