John Taylor kind of has a Neil Patrick Harris crossed with Steven Tyler thing going on in that pic too.

Y'know, I finally torrented that album a few years ago when I was on a Bad Religion binge, listened to it once and thought "hey, that's not as bad as everyone said" and promptly forgot all about it again. I think I need to give it another shot.

Absolutely… Come Undone is one of their best

The first thing I thought of was the episode where Darlene wants to go to Chicago to see Daisy Chainsaw… the band never appear on the show but they're mentioned repeatedly throughout the episode and were a pretty obscure reference even at the time.

Actually she's Canadian, so you're all racist.

I'm really surprised my parents took 8-year-old me to see Gremlins since they were usually overly cautious about what my older sister and I were allowed to see, but I clearly remember them taking us to the drive in to see it.

I once phoned a friend in college and he answered with an irritated "You woke me up from my 'indian in the Cupboard' dream. What do you want?" which still stands as the greatest phone greeting I've ever received.
