Sarah's play in Parenthood. That was pretty much the perfect storm of telling and not showing.

If you like Greenwald, you need to check out Grantland's Hollywood Prospectus podcast. I know some people are wary of that, because it requires you to subscribe to the entire Grantland Network, but it's totally worth it. That's one of the few podcasts that I listen to EVERY week.

Griffin McElroy integrated the adjective "gnar" into my vocabulary this week on MBMBaM, which would've been the highlight of the episode if not for the step dad Yahoo! answers question.

My Brother, My Brother and Me continues to be excellent (duh). Travis admitting he went on a date by way of facebook stalking was hilarious. The riff on the 20-year-old wanting to go to prom was my favorite in awhile, too. "So… you into that YOUNG stuff? I got an FTP login you can check out. Don't go too many trees

I actually meant "Brother In My Ear."

This week was the 100th episode of My Brother, My Brother and Me and I honestly think it might be the best one yet. The call-ins by listeners and past question-askers was great (especially the guy pretending to be Arch Duke Franz Ferdinand) and they managed to sustain their momentum through the full two hours of the

He could've casually broken Pete's neck if he wanted to, but Lane is too honorable to pull that.

Lane Pryce's fighting stance was just the best. You knew he was going to kick Pete's ass as soon as he put his dukes up.

That wasn't the case with Friday Night Lights, but there were extenuating circumstances.

That is the best double feature in the history of ever.

The village of the crazies is still one of the most bizarre sequences I've ever seen in a movie. You go from goofy Geraldo king and baggy ninja outfits to a guy cutting his own hand off and the guy with the backless white robe. Basically, this movie is the best.

Cheryl Tunt has a new crush.

I think that was a smart misdirect. When he's shot Olivia makes a point of saying "you'll be fine" and Lincoln jokes that he was set on fire and lived. I didn't think anything was going to happen to him, then BOOM, stakes is high.

I have a "Hark! A Vagrant" shirt that I'm pretty damn fond of.
