Oh and pleaseeee don't stop coverage of Reign. Not only is it so much fun to discuss this show with other adults, but TV Club coverage has really helped make people aware of the show. I know that's not TV Club's primary focus, but I appreciate it nonetheless.

There was a moment several episodes back where it seemed like Lola and Francis had a connection. I thought I had imagined it but I guess they were actually laying some groundwork for this new development. I don't really mind it, but I'm guessing we're not done with the whole "which guy will Mary stay with?" part of

Please please please don't cut Reign. This is the only place I can discuss it (everywhere else is overrun with tweens). TV Club is single-handedly working to legitimize this show for adults.

I agree, Reign needs TV Club coverage to continue to legitimize this fun little show. There's a Vatican/Bash joke in there somewhere.

Oh no! :(

EXACTLY!

Yes, they romanticized winter VERY well there. Then I went outside this morning and cursed Bash and his Frost Fair. OK no, I just cursed myself for living in Chicago.

I agree, I was waiting for a bigger emotional response from Mary. And I'm surprised she allowed Clarissa to just be left behind in the woods for guards to take care of. She'd be someone who insisted Clarissa's body was taken back to the castle to be buried with a little dignity. The fact that she didn't feeds into

I am pretending that didn't happen, blaming it on the show not knowing what it was doing just yet. I say that because Lola has been the most sensible and clever of the handmaidens otherwise, and I like her for that.

Yes! The voice over is gone. Though I enjoyed it for its ridiculousness, I realized the intro actually doesn't need it. The images and music speak for themselves pretty well. Long may she REIGN.

Amazing.

I don't remember if she said her mom was coming, but I don't consider that a spoiler :)

ditto! especially with Francis's reappearance

Long may she REIGN. UnaBASHedly thrilled to have it back (you will only get this pun if you also watch the show).

I hated Noah's plot line as well, and agree that "anger" was far from a problem for him. It was a bummer of a return for his character.

I love that.

I'm so glad you brought that up. It was amazing. Do they still exist? What other companies have them? I have so many questions.

I very much agree. Justified has earned our patience.

I really like him too.

Couldn't agree more. You could tell they were already getting more sure of themselves as the episodes went on. And that cast, come on! Amanda Peet! Landry! George Bluth, Sr.! J.B. Smoove! Now I'm all bummed out about it again!
